The central message behind The All Seeing Boy and The Blue Sky of Happiness, is rooted in the timeless wisdom of the practice of ‘loving kindness’, found in many of the world’s spiritual and religious traditions.
In the book a young boy is introduced into the magical world of ‘blue sky thinking’ based upon an ancient Tibetan meditation practice, as a means to open the heart and generating loving, compassionate feelings towards others.
While promoting the first edition of the book, before it’s publication in print, the author Nick Kettles sent a copy to The Dalai Lama. After reading it, it was His Holiness who first encouraged Nick to put the book in service of raising awareness of the vital needs of Tibetan refugee children in India.
